Please read this document carefully before using the 1cinta platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein. Last updated: 2026.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 1cinta platform ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 1cinta platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other means of access — you agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 1cinta platform is restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 1cinta platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We recommend using a unique password not used on any other platform. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you can demonstrate that the access occurred without your knowledge and was reported to us within a reasonable time.
Identity Verification
1cinta reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any stage, particularly during the processing of a first withdrawal or where suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in temporary suspension or account closure.
User Responsibilities & Rules
By using the 1cinta platform, you agree to:
- Not to use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of your country of residence.
- Not to attempt to hack, attack, or compromise the security of our platform's systems.
- Not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Not to spread false, misleading, or reputation-damaging information about the platform to third parties.
- Not to share access to your account with any other party.
- Comply with all betting rules and limits set by the platform from time to time.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of bonus credits, or permanent account closure, at the sole discretion of 1cinta.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 1cinta platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other local payment methods available on the platform. No currency conversion fees apply, as all transactions are conducted in MYR.
Deposit
All successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to your account. 1cinta is not liable for any processing delays caused by your bank or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to internal verification processes. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until the required identity verification is completed. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the operating hours of the relevant financial institution. Any withdrawal attempt suspected of being fraudulent will be investigated and may result in a temporary account freeze.
Bonuses & Promotional Credits
Bonus credits and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements displayed alongside each offer. Bonus credits may not be withdrawn as cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. The platform reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through misuse or fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1cinta shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of funds, unrealised profits, business interruption, or data loss — arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
1cinta's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the actual amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Temporary Suspension
1cinta reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes where suspicious activity, third-party complaints, or the need for additional identity verification arises. Users will be notified via their registered email upon suspension and given the opportunity to clarify the situation.
Permanent Account Closure
Permanent account closure may occur where there is evidence of fraud, repeated violations of the terms of use, use of multiple accounts, or upon the user's own request. In cases of closure due to fraud, any remaining account balance may be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation.
Closure Upon User Request
Users who wish to close their own account may contact the 1cinta support team. Any valid credit balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures before the account is closed.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the 1cinta platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, graphics, domain names, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 1cinta and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1cinta. Limited, non-commercial personal use is permitted, provided all copyright notices are retained.
Any infringement of the platform's intellectual property rights may result in legal action and closure of the associated account.

Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms, subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
